How long does an E-Design package take to complete?

Our E-design Packages take 10-14 business days to complete. This does not include ordering and delivering of furniture, accessories, and home goods. Please note that additional time frames should be considered to order the above-mentioned items from external suppliers. You will be responsible to order all the items after the E-design package is finalized.

How many design options will I receive?

Our E-design packages come with two style boards for you to choose from, allowing you to mix and match furniture items from each concept board. Once you select and confirm your style board, your designer will curate your final design package, which includes a tailored floor plan, a 3D rendering of the space and a clickable shopping list.

Are revisions allowed?

You will receive 2 visual presentations of your room, allowing you to mix and match furniture items from each style board. Once you select and confirm your style board, your designer will curate the final design package. If for any reason you are not happy with the final design package, you will be allowed one revision. For additional revisions, fees may apply.

Can I change the E-Design package I purchased?

Yes, you can change the E-Design package prior to the phone consultation only.

Can I cancel my E-Design package?

The design process begins instantly after your phone consultation, therefore; we do not offer any refunds after the phone consultation.

How do I contact Maisonologie If I have questions or information to add while my space is being designed?

We are here for you throughout the design process. If you need to contact us, we are always a phone call or email away.

Do I need to prepare before the consultation?

After booking your appointment, you will be prompted to complete a comprehensive questionnaire that asks you about your style, project size, budget, current items in your home, etc., including pictures of your current space, floor plans if any, measurements, and inspirational images to help your designer. Feel free to email any additional images or information to hello@maisonologie.com prior to your appointment.

I have an open concept; how many rooms is it considered?

For open concept spaces we quote by square feet or by the functionality of the room. For example, living room area that includes a dining room will be considered two rooms since they have specific separate functions. If you are unsure how your project will be priced, feel free to contact us and we will provide a custom quote!

I have some furniture I want to keep; can they be worked into the design?

Absolutely! We will put any items in the design you want to keep, you just need to give us the dimensions and photos of the existing furniture that you would like to keep. We will incorporate the furniture into the floorplan and the 3D drawing.

Can Maisonologie custom design my kitchen and bathroom?
