Shipping Policy

Shop Boutique

Shipping costs and handling fees for décor and soft good items purchased from the Shop Boutique collection are calculated at checkout according to Canada Post rates and based on the destination, weight, and package size. Shipping and handling fees are not payable by Maisonologie. Maisonologie has no control over international customs tariffs and taxes. The amount of applicable customs tariffs and taxes (if any) will vary by the country of destination and will be the responsibility of the customer.

United States Orders

United States (International) orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and arrive in the United States via United States Parcel Service.

Special Order

Special order items such as large furniture pieces are delivered by freight companies. The shipping costs we quote come directly from our sellers and are calculated based on your location. These items are fulfilled and shipped directly to you from the suppliers’ warehouse and have extended delivery timelines. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery date or available for you to pick up if you prefer.

White-Glove Service

The cost of a White Glove service is extra and is calculated based on the number of items requiring set-up. This service includes assembly, installation, and removal of packaging and is provided by independent third-party service providers only, not Maisonologie. We will match you with the best possible party to ensure the work is performed in a professional manner.

In Stock Processing Times

In-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped between 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Shipping delays may occur due to limitations on postage because of COVID-19. 

Out of Stock

Occasionally some items are temporarily out-of-stock or sold out. If this occurs, we will notify you and fill your order at the earliest date possible.
